beehiiv is a newsletter platform founded in 2021 by Tyler Denk, Benjamin Hargett and Jacob Hurd, early employees of Morning Brew. Besides an email editor with templates and a recommendation network, every plan includes a website builder, podcast hosting, a community space and digital product sales; paid plans add a subscriber referral program and an ad network.

The Free plan covers up to 2,500 subscribers with unlimited sends, 1 team seat and 1 publication, but no automations, paid subscriptions or custom domain. Lite costs $59 a month for up to 1,000 subscribers ($49 a month billed yearly) and adds paid subscriptions, automations and A/B tests. Pro costs $109 a month at that size ($95 billed yearly), goes up to 250,000 subscribers and lets you remove beehiiv branding. beehiiv takes no cut of subscription or product sales; Stripe's fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents applies.
