Framer is a hosted website builder from Framer B.V., a Dutch company; Koen Bok and Jorn van Dijk co-founded Framer in Amsterdam in 2013. You design pages on a freeform canvas with breakpoints, components and animations, and an AI agent can generate and refine layouts in place. Every plan includes hosting and SSL.

The Free plan publishes to a Framer domain with a "Made in Framer" badge and 1 GB of bandwidth; Framer calls it ideal for non-commercial use. Basic costs $10 a month billed yearly or $15 month to month and includes a custom domain, 30 pages and 2 CMS collections. Pro costs $30 a month billed yearly or $45 month to month, with 150 pages, 10 collections, site redirects, staging and branching. There is no built-in store or member login: Framer says commerce is handled with integrations and custom work.
