Flodesk is a design-first email marketing platform for small businesses, creators and coaches, founded in 2019 by Rebecca Shostak, Martha Bitar and Trong Dong. It combines an email builder with custom fonts and designer templates, workflow automations, opt-in forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages, plus Flodesk Checkout for selling digital products, services and subscriptions through Stripe.
Since December 2, 2025, new members pay by active subscriber count. The Free plan keeps forms and landing pages with no subscriber limit but sends no email. Lite costs $25 a month for up to 1,000 subscribers ($19 a month billed yearly) with unlimited sends, 1 seat and a limited-time bonus of 1 workflow. Pro, from $28 a month, adds unlimited workflows, 2 seats and a limited-time bonus of 1 checkout. Everything, from $54 a month, adds unlimited checkouts, subscriptions, payment plans and abandoned cart automations. Flodesk adds no fee on top of Stripe's.

Small businesses, coaches and creators who want on-brand, design-led emails and plan to sell digital products, services or paid subscriptions from the same account.

Cons
- The Free plan sends no email, and the 14-day trial caps sends at 500 recipients a day
- Lite allows 1 seat, 1 published workflow and at most 25,000 subscribers
- Paid subscriptions and payment plans need Everything, from $54 a month, and Checkout serves only businesses in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and 13 euro-area countries
- No RSS-to-email, no built-in subscriber referral program and no SMTP relay for transactional email
- No nonprofit discount, and the dedicated IP add-on has no published price
